Motivated Marketing is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Our Account Managers are responsible for client communications, internal project management, relationship management, budget oversight & internal agency coordination. Ideal candidates will have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive, and detail driven environment.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Build strong relationships with clients & position Motivated Marketing as a knowledgeable, strategic partner
  • Study and become an expert in the client’s industry, their marketplace, their business challenges & the competitive environment
  • Prepare job estimates & facilitate client approvals on all agency projects
  • Maintain open internal communication and see projects through to completion
  • Establish internal project deadlines and coordinate with department management to ensure completion
  • Keep a keen eye on project estimates vs billing to check for accuracy and profitability
  • Present and pitch agency services as they may relate to client business goals

 

Applicants MUST have the following qualifications

  • Account Management experience
  • Overall friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate and work well with different types of personalities
  • A firm understanding of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (must be comfortable presenting to a group)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Incomparable organizational skills
  • Interest in marketing and helping clients achieve their goals

Priority consideration will be granted to candidates with the following;

  • 2+ years of advertising agency experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing mediums
  • Track record of identifying opportunities for client growth
