Motivated Marketing is a full-service ad agency with a specialty in dealer automotive clients. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Auto Team. Our Account Managers are responsible for client communications, internal project management, relationship management, budget oversight & internal agency coordination. Ideal candidates will have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive, and detail driven environment. Priority consideration will be given to candidates with auto dealer experience.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Build strong relationships with clients & position Motivated Marketing as a knowledgeable, strategic partner
  • Study and become an expert in the client’s industry, their marketplace, their business challenges & the competitive environment
  • Prepare job estimates & facilitate client approvals on all agency projects
  • Maintain open internal communication and see projects through to completion
  • Establish internal project deadlines and coordinate with department management to ensure completion
  • Keep a keen eye on project estimates vs billing to check for accuracy and profitability
  • Present and pitch agency services as they may relate to client business goals

Applicants MUST have the following qualifications

  • Account Management experience
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • A firm understanding of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (must be comfortable presenting to a group)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Incomparable organizational skills
  • Interest in marketing and helping clients achieve their goals

Priority consideration will be granted to candidates with the following;

  • 2+ years of advertising agency experience
  • Experience with the automotive industry, specifically at dealership levels preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing mediums
  • Track record of identifying opportunities for client growth
