Position Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships. Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, strategic guidance, and project management. This is not a sales position; instead, we value your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and ensure client satisfaction.


  • Build strong relationships with clients & position Motivated Marketing as a knowledgeable, strategic partner
  • Study and become an expert in the client’s industry, their marketplace, their business challenges & the competitive environment
  • Prepare job estimates & facilitate client approvals on all agency projects
  • Maintain open internal communication and see projects through to completion
  • Establish internal project deadlines and coordinate with department management to ensure completion
  • Keep a keen eye on project estimates vs billing to check for accuracy and profitability
  • Present and pitch agency services as they may relate to client business goals
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior account managers and foster a positive team environment

Applicants MUST have the following qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in an agency setting.
  • Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You can articulate complex ideas clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • Leadership: You’re a team player who can motivate and guide others.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Our clients’ success is your top priority.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
  • A firm understanding of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (must be comfortable presenting to a group)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Incomparable organizational skills
  • Interest in marketing and helping clients achieve their goals

Priority consideration will be granted to candidates with the following;

  • Experience with the automotive industry, specifically at dealership levels preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing mediums
  • Track record of identifying opportunities for client growth
