The advertising biz is a fast-paced one, with clients setting deadlines so tight that the Mission: Impossible theme song plays on a loop in our heads. Enter Kim Pardo.

We’ve yet to find a skill that’s not in Kim’s wheelhouse, and each time we think we’ve thrown an impossible task her way, she accomplishes it – with a smile. Kim’s is the first friendly face that people see when they stroll through our doors, and she somehow manages to greet them warmly despite the insane number of tasks on her to-do list.

The title Executive Assistant doesn’t even begin to cover it, but we think World’s Best Person more accurately sums up Kim’s role here. If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Kim, here’s your chance to learn a bit about her!

Q: How can someone win a gold star with you?

A: By being genuinely kind and considerate of everyone around them.

Q: What fictional place would you most like to visit?

A: OMG! Whoville, of course! Who wouldn’t want to go there?

Q: If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what event would you win a gold medal in?

A: The Mom Shuffle! Let me explain my skills: I can pick up a kid here, feed them a healthy snack while giving them a pep talk before dropping them off there, run a couple errands before circling back to pick them and their friends up from there, turn up the music, belt out a song at the top of my lungs while getting them all to their destinations on time and only moderately traumatized over my vocal greatness.

Q: What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives?

A: Volunteer!

Q: Which song, when you hear the first few notes, can you sing in its entirety?

A:Under the Sea!” from The Little Mermaid.

We’re certainly going to put that to the test. Don’t worry, we’ll report back.

P.S. Stay tuned to find out who is named next month’s WBP!
